| | Born in Carangola, MG, came to Rio de Janeiro as a child with his parents. Throughout his childhood and adolescence spent the holidays with his maternal grandmother in and studying in the big city where he grew up between the Flemish districts Vila Isabel and Rocha Miranda.
After 7 years of career singing backup for several Brazilian artists including Sidney Magal, Fernanda Abreu and the BLITZ band, rapper, singer and songwriter Hannah Lima became great female representative of fusion R & B and RAP, recording his first CD in 1999 entitled "Intuitive", produced by bassist and multi-instrumentalist André Gomes and released by the now defunct label Abril Music in March 2000. Tracks as : Demorô (It`s time), Periga Eu Te Conquistar (Maybe I Will Conquer You) and Intuitiva (Intuitive) are among other album that echoed on the radio and dance floors around the country.
In 2008 Hannah Lima and Band made the first shows of pre-release of the CD Neguinha.
In 2009, he released "Neguinha", and was nominated for an award as best female solo artist in the history of Brazilian Hip-Hop.
